Q #1: Can I get into hanging without doing any of the manual stretches ever before? I don’t have the patience ( I know I know, I need PATIENCE and focus to see gains). But I would rather just sit there with a weight on my dick rather than have to stretch and stuff.
Also, Q #2: Does Hanging or Stretching make your skin look any worse? Like have any of you guys lost any skin quality after doing these exercises (by quality I mean does your skin look shittier—too put it blunt).
