Hanging without jelq

I am switching to hanging only for a while. I followed the newbie routine for a couple of months with some gain. My length is on 4.5” NBPEL but my girth is 5.0”. I would like to get the length to 7NBPEL” as jelq is difficult with short length. Can I make my goals with hanging following the hanging routine in the hangers forum?

Well it doesn’t measure any larger but it feels larger somehow. EQ has improved substantially. My main focus is length, at least right now.Will post pics soon.

Jelqing is the fundamental PE exercise. Even if you can’t do it very properly right now I suggest you keep trying to add some jelqs in your routine.

On one side you will get a better feel for it, but also I don’t think that many people have had much success with PE without them. Don’t get discouraged, there is one case that had a smaller penis then yours who managed to jelq.

Give it some time, don’t get demoralized, and just try to find a feel for the exercise.

Oh yeah definitely. If you plan on hanging you are probably going to split your sessions in sets. Jelqing for 5 minutes between two sets would be very beneficial for you.

Try to focus on it when you do it. Do them slow so you can get a good feel of what you are doing.
