Hanging with Girth

I have 6.5” girth (give or take a mm or two) and started hanging to get length.

Any tips on the hanging and any other methods to get length.

I have also ordered a tight tube to pack for pumping in hopes that will supplement.

Looking for a multi-faceted approach.

I know there are a couple more I’ve seen over the years but those are the two I remember. Ironaddict69 got his length gains, but he also gained girth with it. Don’t remember Jay’s outcome, probably still in progress.

You have the right idea. Hang, stretch, extend, pump with tight tube.
