Hanging vs manual stretching
I’ve been going at PE for almost 4 months now and as I’ve posted before this is my first time at it. So I’m gonna being hanging probably in sept and recently I’ve wrapped and put the bib hanger on and hung for 20 mins just to get a feel for it. It seems to me that manual stretching has a different pull all together where as the hanger seems to want to pull the skin more so. Anyway I’d love to hear from some vets about there experience and thoughts on this subject. I appolgize if this has been brought up before I did a search I couldn’t find what I’m looking for. Also I can’t post this in the hanging thread since I’m new here.
