Hanging Vs Jelqing
Just thought I’d throw these questions at you,because I’m about to start my Newbie routine properly with no stops apart from rest days.
I think I’ve mastered the Jelq and Uli techniques because my penis seems to be fuller and looks pretty muscular after just a week of trying out a few exercises.
But after I’ve completed my Newbie routine do I use weights or other techniques as-well or instead of the Jelq and Uli to get better length/girth results?
I’d be most grateful if as many of you with experience would answer my questions please,so I can get a clear-ish view of what could happen if I use this different approach in phase two of my PE adventure.
Do you need to hang to get the best length results?
Doe’s Jelqing get similar length results to hanging?
Or doe’s a combination of them both get the best results?
