Hi guys,

Just thought I’d throw these questions at you,because I’m about to start my Newbie routine properly with no stops apart from rest days.
I think I’ve mastered the Jelq and Uli techniques because my penis seems to be fuller and looks pretty muscular after just a week of trying out a few exercises.
But after I’ve completed my Newbie routine do I use weights or other techniques as-well or instead of the Jelq and Uli to get better length/girth results?
I’d be most grateful if as many of you with experience would answer my questions please,so I can get a clear-ish view of what could happen if I use this different approach in phase two of my PE adventure.

Do you need to hang to get the best length results?

Doe’s Jelqing get similar length results to hanging?

Or doe’s a combination of them both get the best results?

Stick to the Newbie Routine for at least six months to condition yourself. Think of it like this (if not for the massive injury likelihood): in six months time you’ll have mastered the newbie routine and dutifully squeezed every last drop of growth out of it, and then will come the today you’ll decide you fancy something else to drink. That's when you should get into more hardcore PE shit - when everything else fails.

Every person has different preferences. Your job is to find out what works best for you – this forum is here to help.

Me? Lax, relaxed jelqing and stretching as a combination along with kegeling and edging have provided wonderful health, and thankfully lots of growth.

Stick with the newbie routine. I’m more than one year into PE and I’m still there. Why you feel the need to hang is beyond me. :)

Take it from me only hang if you really need the length. If your average on the length don’t worry about hanging. Just go for girth. Hanging hurts but it works. Stick with your newbie routine and read all you can!

You have answered my question and I am glad I don’t need to hang to get the results I want.

I just got a little confused about where I was going,thanks I’m back on track now.

It’s just I saw a lot of posts based on gains from hanging and they tempted me a little,see really I’d like to only use my hands to gain the best overall results.

I’d like to add 2” to my 6” BPEL and 1.5” to my 4.5” EG.Your right hanging sounds painful I don’t want to hurt myself.

Thanks again, I’m definitely sticking to my Newbie routine and nothing else.
