Hanging vs extender?

Hanging vs extender?

Hi there,

I’m a newbie. I tried hanging briefly about a year ago but schedule got in the way. I want to give it another shot and have a little more time now, but I’m not sure if I should retry hanging or switch to an extender? I never felt like hanging was feasible - I was never sure if I wrapped it right, you have to rest every 20 minutes and I was always very uncomfortable trying to hang it over an edge.

Have people found that extenders work well? I know everyone is different, but which gives reliably better gains? Given my previous experience w hangers, would people recommend switching?

I was considering a routine where I hang for an hour in the morning and stretch after work. Is this type of thing done?

I’ve spent a couple hours searching but this site it huge and I can’t seem to find the answer, and I’m feeling overwhelmed. Any insight welcome!

Thanks

Had the same problem with hanging just not my thing i have a stealth innerwear now and it works like a ads wearing it 8-10 hours a day i just got it 1 week and i’m happy hope too see some gains in my next measurements, for myself i would never do hanging again.

Start: BPEL 7.0 - EG 5.1 (20Feb16)

Now: BPEL 7.7 - EG 5.4 (20Feb18)

I had a good overall experience with the extender. Hanging for me was a horror story. But if you’re new to pe I just do not recommend hanging. Learning the ins and outs of Penis Enlargement is tricky enough as is and hanging is unforgiving of errors.

Once you master pe you’ll be equipped to try hanging much more effectively and raw length potential is greatest with hanging. But the learning curve is both steep and sharp.

If it has to be a device, go extender at least for now.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Gotcha, thanks man!

I just read through your posts about your deconditioning theory and also the newbie routine.

Had a few basic questions.

1.). I decided to start w the manual newbie routine since like you said it’s best to learn the basics. But it doesn’t say online how long this routine should last? Is it 6w, 3m, year?

2.). The newbie routine is only like 30 minutes 2 days on 1 day off. Is this really enough trauma? I remember when reading through posts on hanging guys would hang for 8 hrs/day with 15 lbs and very few rest days, can you really gain from a few manual exercises?

3.) Once I’m done w the newbie routine I’m going to add a device, probably an extender or possibly a hanger since I already have one. In your post it says to do 6w and then switch devices/methods. What about switching length devices over shorter periods? Like let’s say Day 1 manual exercises day 2 hang day 3 extend day 4 rest? Or could I even hang in the am and do manual exercises at night?

4.) how soon would one normally add girth exercises in once you finish the newbie routine?

Thanks man, much appreciated, just trying to come up w a game plan very overwhelmed right now and want to make this work

I’ll give you some advice but I’m not the be all, end all of PE knowledge here. I’m not too bad at it but I just don’t want you to read only my stuff and nothing else. As for advice…

1. A minimum of 90 days. People sometimes see gains with little modification out 6 months to a year. You just ride it till it stops giving gains and you want to try something else. But 90 days is the recommended minimum.

2. I suggest reading this. thoughtfulgold’s Gains Theory: What mechanisms do they use and how do they differ? as I talk about trauma types and why conditioning determines who gains from what different routines and levels of intensity.

In short though, since you’re new it takes less to get results for you. As your penis toughens and becomes more accustomed to the traumas and you exhaust Newbie Gains you’ll need more intense or longer durations more than likely. A non issue at the start though. Starting hard now causes stalled gains, injury and losses in that order.

3. My Scheduled Trauma theory is based around a trauma schedule as a whole in a 6 week or greater period. Mixing it up at such short intervals will minimize the longterm benefit and double the rate and areas of the penis that will become conditioned.

In short, a length set for 6 weeks preps you for girth and at lower intensity than if you did both for 12 weeks. If that makes sense.

4. Honestly, since you haven’t started the Newbie and gotten results I cannot answer that at all. Don’t overthink it.

Also, read this if you haven’t. Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

Best of luck as well. Just take it easy, get used to doing a PE routine period and to checking your PIs. That’s all you really need to worry about right now.

Wow just read that link you provided, exactly what I needed, amazing feel like I have some idea what to do now was so overwhelmed with so many different options and trying to get information on each one and gauge their effectiveness against each other, this was a nice synopsis and gives a newbie a nice game plan. Thanks!’
