What do you guys think about following up a good hanging routine with a decent pumping routine?

After you have completed the newbie routine, and perhaps 3-6 months of additional conditioning I’d be open to experimenting with “PE Super-sets”.

Some of us have thought about clamping or pumping and THEN hanging or stretching. The reasoning was that in hanging, sometimes you are going after tunica length gains, but the tunica is tough. Clamping or pumping is a surefire way of getting the tunica expanded, and then jumping into the hangar to take advantage of it.

These techniques are do at your own risk.

1. Pumping/clamping can cause lymph fluid build up. Unless you are hanging with a vacuum hanger, it can be terribly painful to do so with lymph build up.

2. Pumping/clamping causes minor blood vessel damage. I’m not sure how good of an idea it would be to immediately stretch the penis and hold it in such a stretched position afterward. It certainly doesn’t feel right, and I know that I generally get less of a stretch personally after a girth workout.

I think, from my experience, that doing it the opposite way around works well. Hang, then pump/clamp and leave a decent break before hanging again.

I used to clamp and then pump in order to get better expansion during my pump sets, and then I found out sparkyx was hanging and then pumping for a better stretch during the pumping sessions, so I tried it out. Good stuff.

Anyway, don’t do this if your penis isn’t conditioned.

I’m actually alternating it. May be 3 sets of hanging and pumping supersetted and stacked. It does seem like it stretches just a little bit further in the vacuum tube. As you know this is very motivating.

Are you vacuum hanging? I can’t see how you could manage this with a constriction hanging device, with the lymph fluid build up.

Vacuum or Bib hanging. I use the vacuum head from the static stretcher. I did get swelling at first, but that was 2.5 years ago. The head is tight on my dick, I stuff it till the tip fills the cup and roll the rubber down. There is no gap between penis head and vacuum head cup. I hang for 20 to 30 minutes, I would advise any one else to hang no longer than 20 minutes.

I know many people are using tape and vaseline on their glans, I don’t have to.

I gained my 1st 1/2 inch in about 3 months doing this.

Hanging a couple sets for 15 mins. Then pumping to max extension for a couple sets.

A hot wrap around the tube was included.

So anyone else besides Tinytim having results with this? I have been hanging for a long time with little to show for it.

I thought most of your length gains came from hanging? Where did they come from then?

I gained about .2 in a few weeks. The thing is that pumping isn’t like other sorts of PE. I think it somehow makes the penis more elastic. So I’m currently at 7.5 with no lymph fluid, but it could go back down to 7.1 or 7.2. I’m using the pump for that elasticity, which I think would promote further length growth from hanging.

I mean’t lymph build up from the pumping would screw up constriction hanging, but I suppose it would work with vacuum hanging. I’ve never tried vacuum hanging, so I’m not as aware of it.

Oh no in the beginning it did, but I have been at 8 BPEL for a LONG time. Like almost a year. Although I did give up hanging for a while, I have only been back at it for about a month.

The issue is that with a constriction hanging device like the Bib, and the heavier weights that come along with it, you tax the soft tissues of the tunica severely. If you will pump, do it afterwards (hanging with lymph fluid is TERRIBLE, Bib mentions this on his site as well and I can confirm - it can hurt), but even done afterwards, it can cause higher than normal fluid build up because of the previous tax on the soft tissues (so you may have lymph fluid the next day when you begin your first hanging set).

It could be a way to break through a plateau though. I find water pumping to be like adding nitrous oxide to your car during a race - it can push you further towards gains (aside from causing gains on its own). Water pumping is the best option though, to minimize fluid build up. I hated air pumping for this reason…more bang for the buck with water pumping.
