Some of us have thought about clamping or pumping and THEN hanging or stretching. The reasoning was that in hanging, sometimes you are going after tunica length gains, but the tunica is tough. Clamping or pumping is a surefire way of getting the tunica expanded, and then jumping into the hangar to take advantage of it.
1. Pumping/clamping can cause lymph fluid build up. Unless you are hanging with a vacuum hanger, it can be terribly painful to do so with lymph build up.
2. Pumping/clamping causes minor blood vessel damage. I’m not sure how good of an idea it would be to immediately stretch the penis and hold it in such a stretched position afterward. It certainly doesn’t feel right, and I know that I generally get less of a stretch personally after a girth workout.
I think, from my experience, that doing it the opposite way around works well. Hang, then pump/clamp and leave a decent break before hanging again.
I used to clamp and then pump in order to get better expansion during my pump sets, and then I found out sparkyx was hanging and then pumping for a better stretch during the pumping sessions, so I tried it out. Good stuff.
Anyway, don’t do this if your penis isn’t conditioned.
