Hanging stretching after dick surgery

I did the penile surgury about 6 yrs ago.

Fucked me all up.

Had doc. Do it again to “undo” everything that he did.

Now I,m starting back up pe,I am 3 weeks into it.

Not seeing to much of anything yet, but I’m determined to give it a full year before I get discouraged and quit again.

My question is; has anyone that has had dick surgery made any progress with peing after surgery.

It seems that my ligs are more scar tissue now and I have a harder time stretching.I clamped a little and saw that it will work but I want some length before I get to thick.

Any comments will be appreciated.

I had the same surgery 9 years ago and it also went badly. I have made some length increases through hanging and stretching, about 1/2 inch. To be honest despite reading a ton of information contrary, I don’t really think lig stretching has much effect on erect length. Most PE surgeons now claim that they will give about 1/3 an inch increase in length straight after surgery and this will increase to about an inch over the next 6 months with a stict hanging regime. Apparently cutting the ligs makes it easier to pull out the inner penis and make it longer. Personally I think this is absolute rubbish, and would be pretty sure that if 100 guys who had the surgery started hanging at the same time as 100 who didn’t, after 6 months the results would be pretty much the same. The trouble is that girth procedures have been pretty much totally discredited, so the few surgeons who do PE are clinging to the hope that the length procedure is still viable. The problem with this is that they have had to change their technique to one that doesn’t work. Originally surgeons only claimed flaccid length. This was achieved by cutting the ligs so the penis hung a little lower, and then a v/y incision was made to lower the skin and give the ILLUSSION of extra lenght. However, this type of incision was prone to cause terrible scarring so had to be abandoned and with it the ILLUSSION of extra length. So they were left with a procedure that only caused a small (1/3 inch) increase in flaccid length. Some surgeons started experimenting with stretchers and hangers and found, as we have in the manual PE community, that they work. The trouble is hangers and stretchers are not really recognised in the medical community, so the PE surgeons are able to convince themselves and their patients that they are just an add on tool to the surgery rather than pretty much the only reason they gain erect length.

So, in answer to your question, I don’t think it should effect your gains. If the lig scarring is really bad you get have some kenelog injected into it.
