I started hanging 2.75 lbs. Do you think this is ok for beginner? I think this doesnt strech so much as my ADS. Should I add more weights?

Is it reasonable to use ADS and hang or is it just the same thing? I like both. I do it with vacuum so it doesnt feel too bad :D


Start 20.4.2010: BPEL = 6.6 EG = 4.3 EGB = 4.8

Current: BPEL = 6.9 EG = 4.7 EGB = 4.9

Goal: BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5+

Listen to your dick. If you don’t feel the stretch over time then maybe you should add more weight. I don’t recommend going crazy and adding a lot of weight, but I do believe that 2.5 lbs will take a LONG time to produce any results. Then again things are different per person.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Just increase the weight until you feel something, in 1/2lb increments— 5lbs or less will probably do it, but if you’re really experienced with PE it could take more. Most guys can’t start higher than 5lbs. Everyone is different though. That can then become your starting weight.

Don’t add more than 1lb per week OR hold the weight constant & add 1x set per week until you reach your maximum number of sets.

Don't add maximum weight & sets at the same time.

The most important thing is that you listen to your body & go by feel.

Usually just one set of my maximum weight is enough before I compelled to reduce the weight. If it’s still not enough, then I increase the weight that week (I go in 1/2lb increments). When you feel the need to lower the weight, that’s when you know you’ve reached fatigue.

I have gone weeks at a time, unable to do my maximum weight. Usually I cause enough fatigue & microtears to prevent me from doing my maximum weight or going back to a similar weight for at least several days at at time.

Keep studying hanging, its a great way to gain length.
