Does anyone who hangs have trouble getting it up after a good day of hanging?

I’m not a vetran hanger by any stretch. Not getting wood is a negetive PE indicator. So, maybe you should back off a little.

Have you done the newbie routine?

No I haven’t done the new routine I just went straight to hanging but yea it seems like the hanging is having a negative effect on my boner as well I think the gf is getting angry because it hasn’t worked like the last two times but then again maybe it’s a mental problem as to why I can get a boner maybe I just get too anxious

I hung almost more then 5 months and got good results and very good erections.

I have gotten harder and more frequent erections from primarily hanging. Maybe your wang isn’t conditioned enough for hanging yet. Or you are over doing it with your routine. The newbie routine is awesome. Don’t underestimate it.

It’s not a weightlifting contest. You’re doing this for a larger dick. So what if some guys hang 30lbs, it’s the gains you’re after. If 5min of manual stretching and 200 or so jelqs get you a larger penis then that should be what you do.

That’s all the stuff I had to tell myself after about 3 months of unsuccessful hanging. During which I didn’t pay attention to my PIs(or complete lack of) and I never went over 20mins a day at 5lbs. You have to get straight in your mind first what your goal is. Then do what is proven to get you there, not what you think will. Or you can learn the same way I did and hang for 3 months wondering why you aren’t gaining.
