Hanging or Manual Stretching?

I was just wondering, is hanging the ONLY way to gain any real length? Cos I can’t really take a risk like this provided I have never had sex. I don’t wanna break my dick before I feel it, if ya know what I mean. So, if I do some real good manual stretching and hard jelqs, could I possibly gain a half inch in length and girth say? THanks in advance guys.

Take a deep breath. Don’t spend your money on anything right now except for lube for wet jelqing or talc for gripping and pulling.

Begin the newbie routine and stick with that for a few months gradually working up the duration and intensity of workout. Its unlikely you’ll injure yourself with manual exercises if you pay attention to what you are doing and use some common sense and read read read and ask questions if the reading doesn’t clarify for you. Once you feel comfortable with what your member can take then you may or may not consider adding devices and or advanced moves to your routine.
