Hanging Italy

Has anyone tried to build a Captn’s Wench here in Italy ?
I would like to make one but it’s difficult to find the parts I need .

The parts can be found at Walmart and/or Lowes, you could probably do mail order via their websites, but I guess the shipping costs might be more than the parts.

I bought Captn’s Wench and lead rings from Monty and loving those stuffs.

Perhaps you can make a deal with Monty if you like.

I would surmise that with the way Italy is such a shower and hangs down towards Africa the way it does that it probably would benefit most from stretching the tuncia (and not Tunisia) through straight out hanging. However, that would seriously annoy the folks over in Barcelona who would get the tip of the boot, and the people on Sardinia and Corsica who would be crammed into the Riviera, along with Sicilians who would get kicked into…well, I’d just get the hell off of Malta right now, Joystick.
