Sorry, that was an auto-correct for “decon” break. I remember I made my way up to about 18 minutes Jelq and 12 minutes of stretches. I took a two week break and when I came back I started at 20 minutes of Jelq and 14 minutes of stretches. I started to include V and A stretches at this point and maybe some JAI stretches. My routine settled in on 25 minutes of Jelqing and 20 minutes of a variety of stretches. I also changes the Jelq grip from and underhand to overhand grip. I’m not exactly sure what caused the quick gains and why I can’t seem to get it back. I tried the same routine a couple times for months at a time and I’m stuck.
