Hanging And Or Clamping

How soon can you start to hang and or clamp? I believe it makes sense that hanging should improve the length better than manual stretching. Is this thought process right or wrong?

Many have had good gains by just using manual stretches.


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Start to hang after leanring the feelings of your dick for a while and manual stretching along with jelqing and rest for a 1-3 months. Then when newbie gains are gone and gains get harder to get, it’s time to step up to the big leagues and learn all about hanging for harder furthur gains. ADS helps as well. You should jelq from time to time when you start hanging as well to both BTB and regular jelqing to keep you penis in top condition and healthy as you hang weights from it wiht your hanger.

Starting clamping I have no idea about. I’m going for length right now and then girth as BIB suggested. :)

Also know that hanging isn’t for the feint of heart, it really does take a serious dedication, reading, expiermentation, patitence when you don’t make gains, until you figure everything out. I’m just saying this so you are prepared for what it takes to be a real hanger. No doubt. The rewards are great once you start getting it down for gains though!
