Hanging and ligs
I’ve been hanging for about 2 weeks now and have a question.. I have a slight lean to the left (not a bend, but a lean). I notice that when I hang, the lig on my left side seems to get more of a workout/stretch than on the right side. I’m wondering a couple of things:
1) Do you think this lig is tighter and that’s why I lean left? (Just curious)
2) Should I continue the BTC stretches and let this lig stretch to the length of the other lig or should I try and target the other side also by changing the angle of the hang just a bit?
3) I don’t really feel any “fatigue” like people talk about. I have just started, but I also don’t want to feel like I’m wasting time at a “too low” weight. At 2 weeks, should I try and bump the weight a bit to find my fatigue point?
I’m hanging BTC, usually 3-5 sets a day, from 15 to 20 minutes at 5 lbs each set.
