I’ve been hanging for about 2 weeks now and have a question.. I have a slight lean to the left (not a bend, but a lean). I notice that when I hang, the lig on my left side seems to get more of a workout/stretch than on the right side. I’m wondering a couple of things:

1) Do you think this lig is tighter and that’s why I lean left? (Just curious)
2) Should I continue the BTC stretches and let this lig stretch to the length of the other lig or should I try and target the other side also by changing the angle of the hang just a bit?
3) I don’t really feel any “fatigue” like people talk about. I have just started, but I also don’t want to feel like I’m wasting time at a “too low” weight. At 2 weeks, should I try and bump the weight a bit to find my fatigue point?

I’m hanging BTC, usually 3-5 sets a day, from 15 to 20 minutes at 5 lbs each set.

1) That’s exactly it. Your left lig is shorter (tighter if you want to call it that…but this is really semantics) so that causes the lean.

2) Since you’re still so new to the game, just keep going with BTC. Once you know what your penis can take then you can start experimenting with different angles.

3) That’s ‘OK’ if you don’t feel fatigue just yet. There are plenty of guys who gain without feeling fatigue. Wait out the full 30 days before bumping up weight. The reason for this is that the other tissues of the penis (CS/CC/urethra) aren’t used to this kind of stress just yet and need to adapt to be able to cope with larger loads.
