Bib advises not to hang and jelq due to the risk of developing Peyronies disease and increased injury chance. What are others views on this matter? I want to jelq along with my hanging routine, but if it’s gonna result in a likely injury, then it’s obviously not worth it.. Nevermind developing a crooked unit. I usually hang like 10-15 20 minute sets daily, starting at 20 lbs then finishing around 12.5 lbs or 10 lbs depending on fatigue. Thanks.

I think a lot of people jelq between hanging sets to restore blood flow.

You hang 3-5 hours a day? Any results yet?

I don’t think you should be afraid of jelqing between sets, just keep them at restoring blood flow level instead on girth workout level.

I would like to hear one shred of evidence that hanging and jelqing induce Peyronie’s Disease. Peyronie’s Disease constitutes a lot more than penile curvature, by the way.

I have always continued to do jelqing and stretching and have been hanging for over a year.
