I am looking to gain size mainly length but I want to gain girth as well,doing manual stretching and jelqs and

Was wondering when should I try hanging and clamping,I don’t wanna rush things been doing PE for sometime but actually not very consistent

Wishing to gain an inch in length and I will be super happy.

Hanging would be your best bet IMHO but I don’t know how long you have been doing the Newbie routine. If you have the money you have a choice between Clamp style or Vacuum style hangers. You will also need time on your hands. If you’ve got it, then try hanging. Search for the Hanging 101 thread and start from there. I’ve never done clamping so I cannot help you there but I’ve read it rarely produces length gains and hanging has been known to produce both length and girth (but mainly at the base for girth). Keep in mind that hanging or clamping require as much consistency as hand stretches to work.

Yes I have the time and the privacy to do hanging I just can’t purchase a hanger and have to do one,that’s the main problem for me actually.

You can also make a hanger for pretty cheap. Look at the Captain Wench.

I have a question, my main concern with clamping is leading to sterility, anyone have an answer?
