Hanging and ads

So when hanging and using an ads who does a warm up hang and then put their ads on or do you warm up hang cool down and ads?

I’d say you do it in this order:

-Warmup
-Hang
-Warmup
-ADS
-Do a cooldown whilst wearing the ADS if you feel sore but otherwise no need.
