So I recently purchased a bib hanger and have started logging crazy amounts of hang time everyday. Hanging BTC, riding the fatigue, I can really feel the lig stretch. Once I’ve progressed to higher weights I am considering adding a device to supplement hanging. My thoughts on this are, either maintain a lig stretch post-hang with an ADS OR, add an extender to work length in a different way? From way I understand an extender will not stretch the ligs, rather the internal structures(tunica). So I guess the real question is would more benefit come from twice the lig workout or separate lig workout I.e. Hanging, and tunica stretch from the extender?

Both are important . Hanging btc for stretching the ligs , and extender for internal penile tissue stretch.Later on you can replace extender with high angle hanging with higher weights.Jelqs are a must after hanging.Pyramiding weight up and down like the body builders will help for max fatigue.Movement from side to side will also help.

Another question.. Although I’m following proper wrapping and hanging techniques and my glam is not getting too cold discolored or numb, hardly at all, I am experiencing some decreased sensitivity. It seems to be temporary, but I don’t want it to turn into an issue. Any advice?
