Hanging--add ads or extender
So I recently purchased a bib hanger and have started logging crazy amounts of hang time everyday. Hanging BTC, riding the fatigue, I can really feel the lig stretch. Once I’ve progressed to higher weights I am considering adding a device to supplement hanging. My thoughts on this are, either maintain a lig stretch post-hang with an ADS OR, add an extender to work length in a different way? From way I understand an extender will not stretch the ligs, rather the internal structures(tunica). So I guess the real question is would more benefit come from twice the lig workout or separate lig workout I.e. Hanging, and tunica stretch from the extender?
