Hanger and Pump together
Is there generally accepted school of thought behind using one or multiple type of devices at a time?
I PE 5 days a weeks 2 on 1 off 2 on. Weekends I don’t have enough along time for anything more than a shower 5 min jelq.
If I wanted to start to hang in addition to pump is that OK one week stretching one week pumping or every other session switch —- or should I stick with 3-6 months of Pump and manual, then go to 3-6m stretching.
Or stretching until I reach my length goals then go back to pumping? I know everyone different, but I am asking what is the general wisdom around such things.
