Is there generally accepted school of thought behind using one or multiple type of devices at a time?

I PE 5 days a weeks 2 on 1 off 2 on. Weekends I don’t have enough along time for anything more than a shower 5 min jelq.

If I wanted to start to hang in addition to pump is that OK one week stretching one week pumping or every other session switch —- or should I stick with 3-6 months of Pump and manual, then go to 3-6m stretching.
Or stretching until I reach my length goals then go back to pumping? I know everyone different, but I am asking what is the general wisdom around such things.

If you started hanging, you wouldn’t want to take a week off at a time. With hanging, you really want to ride the fatigue/soreness. Otherwise your dick will repair itself stronger than before and it will be harder to make gains. Hanging can be a huge commitment, and you really need to log in a bunch of hours/week to see significant gains.

I’ve noticed that hanging and pumping were a little too much for me simultaneously, but others have gotten away with it just fine. Personally, I would stick with what is working before you change routines, but you could always give it a shot. There is some wisdom in going for length first (harder to stretch a girthier wang), but plenty of members make great gains with a dual routine.

I wouldn’t recommend hanging + girth work simultaneously.Pumping produces edema which makes it uncomfortable to hang after that.Also bib says that heavy girth work plus hanging can produce peyronie’s disease.
In my experiance I once tried hanging + clamping which killed my EQ for like 3-4 days and I was fucking scared.
Since then I only do hanging.
When I achieve my length goals I will start with girth work (pumping+clamping)

Could this not be matter of intensity?

using lower intensity but more time with the hanger and pump may work out.

Same with clamp + hanger.

Is the min hanging recommended per week 10hours? I am thinking maybe chilling on pumping (for now) and spend the next 6+months hanging. Get to my goal then work on girth.

Do hanging and at the end of the day a short pumping session. This way you hold your pumping level and dont need to start from zero again.

OK - the BIB is on it’s way - I guess I’ll try a few combos to see what works. @Dickerschwanz I like the split work out.
