Hang, clamp

I recently read this post below, italiano..

One answer to his problems was, “ah you cant clamp and hang on the ame time”,
What is that, clamping, hanging?

I.e. Clamping=jelqing, hanging=stretching?

Clamping is getting an erectiona and literally clamping the base of the penis for massive engorgement, hanging is attaching weights to your penis for periods of time.

Neither is for a newbie.
