Hands tired from manual stretching

I have been refining my routine lately. One thing I have decided to do is to change the amount of time I stretch from 30 second stretches to likie 2 minutes. The problem I am having is that my hands get so tired just trying to hold an 2 min ute stretch with adeuqate tensiion.

Does anyone have a remedy for this? Any suggestions?


You can use some talcum powder or rubber gloves for a better grip.

You can also make a PE device, like the Captain’s Wench, to do the grip for you, and you can just stretch it and hold it to something for 2 min, without even using the hands.

Or use a toilet paper and/or a knuckle grip (search).

The captn’s wench is very useful. So, search for it on the forum and make one then try it yourself.

OR, you can go to the gym and workout your hands and arms :P.
