Hands slips a lot while stretching

Title says it, trying to do any manual stretch with an ok grip my hand slips off my head after about 5 seconds or so. Any suggestions on how to prevent this? Maybe a cloth wrap of some kind?

Baby powder and/or a very soft worn-out, supple cotton tee shirt. I have used both in a session. But most of the time, just lots of baby powder on both hands and lots on the shaft and head. If you are uncircumcised or if you have a good amount of foreskin, make sure you are not gripping the foreskin. Gripping foreskin always hampers my stretches. Pull foreskin completely back.

If no one of these solutions work for you, like me, try this to assest you in your manual stretching.

I like to do my PE in the shower so I’ve been using a washcloth. It seems to give me the extra traction I need for a good grip.

Baby powder or a washcloth does the trick. I use washcloth because I don’t like when powder gets everywhere (someone else I live with uses it for god knows what but it’s always all over the floor of the bathroom), and secondly I also use the washcloth to keep the rice sock warm in between stretching sets so it has 2 uses, as it saves having to reheat the rice sock.

Excellent point, androNYC - I forgot about that.

Try a piece of Thera band, 10” long by 1” wide. Wrap it around your stretched out unit just below the glans. Or try latex gloves.

Might not work with any penis, but I place my thumb on the first half of the head. Palm up. Not before the head or else my hand slips and hurts the frenulum on the other side. I tried to find a grip palm down but also hurt the frenulum.. But that’s just me. Sometimes I bend the head a bit upwards to get a better grip, or use the other hand to help, or more fingers.

I mean, try as many things as possible and keep what works. It’s good to get intel from the most successful PEers, but never forget why PE became a thing when the medical community pretended it cannot work.. If we trusted anything people say, there wouldn’t be any PE forum at all. So check for yourself. Some people say “don’t grip that way”, “start with this and not that”, I say : try carefully and see for yourself.

I like to engorge and trap a little blood under my grip. Feels like I’m anchored and pulling the internals they don’t slip away at all.

Hello iheartlamps!
I have sometimes the same problem and I solved it while I use a face cloth or a thin towel.
That should help to hold a constant grip doing manual stretching!
