I tried PE (Manual exercises; Jelging and stretches) a while ago and gained a Newbie ½ inch right away and proceeded for a little longer. So I believe it works. The problem is I started a new job plus I go to school. I have no time to PE!! Ok that’s not exactly true. I have lots of time when I’m sitting at my desk working (at home). But I need my hands free and not all covered in lubricant. I was thinking I need a Jelg-free hands-free routine. I’ve started doing some research on “pumps” and the “Penimaster”. However, all the posts here are way to longs so it makes it hard, plus I haven’t much time to browse. So sorry but I need to create another Newbie post. First off, I’m wondering if either of these devices can add permanent gains as a stand-alone exercise. With the cost involved I’m not interested in speculation but hard facts.

That is certainly understandable. As far as something hands free that I know works, look into hanging. You can either make one for real cheap or purchase a commercial model. I recommend the Bib Starter. http://www.bibhanger.com

I have similar problems like yourself. Therefore, during the day I alternate between the auto ADS and the Penimaster. This is to keep from “turtling” and when I go to the restroom I do some dry jelqing. I have not been doing this for long, about two weeks, so I can not comment on permanent gains. However, I have noticed a longer flaccid hang.

Start multitasking. I don’t think you spend all your time by working and going to school. Like everyone else you probably watch a movie , read a magazine or surf on the Internet on occasion. Do PE then.

What are you goals? This will determine if you should be a hands off pumper or a hands off hanger.

Multitasking. That’s just my problem. I’m all ready multitasking. I need to multi-multitask.

Yes my goal! Sorry I should have stated that. I decided it would be a good idea to get some better measurements of where I’m at now.

Measured at the highest point of erection. Using a cockring or tie to make easy measurements.

Girth mid shaft 5”
Girth behind glands 3 7/8
Girth glands 4 3/4
Erect Length Bottom 5 1/8
Erect Length Top 6 5/8

After ejaculation, tie removed, Erect Length top 6”

As you can see I have a downward curve, so straighting is a big over all goal of mine. I don’t want to loose it all, maybe 50% of it. It has become part of my penis’s personality. Any comments on straighting are welcome. I know it’s an advanced technique so it will be a while before I attempted this.

My plan is 1 in. Gain in EL over the next year, and maybe 2 in. Over the next three years. The second most important thing to me is erect girth, although I’m not sure how much girth I want yet. Flaccid gains are nice but just a bonus as far as I am concerned.
So what do you think?

By the way is there a glossary thread, there is a lot of terms I don’t understand.

Thanks, It’ll take me a while to get through all that information so bear with me.

Hanging has always scared me but it has some promising aspects. Low cost is one ;)

What would you say would be the best way to reach my goals?
