Hey folks, first time actually posting here and stuff.
Anyhoo, been slowly trying to get into PE for a while now (I keep losing focus and slacking off ><) but have been managing to do 200-300 jelqs a day at least four days a week, focusing on those for now. My problem is that I have somewhat weak hands and they start to cramp a whole lot around the 40 jelq point. I switch hands at fifty and take a short break after a set on each hand. I’m curious if I’m gripping wrong or if others have this issue as well.
