Hey folks, first time actually posting here and stuff.
Anyhoo, been slowly trying to get into PE for a while now (I keep losing focus and slacking off ><) but have been managing to do 200-300 jelqs a day at least four days a week, focusing on those for now. My problem is that I have somewhat weak hands and they start to cramp a whole lot around the 40 jelq point. I switch hands at fifty and take a short break after a set on each hand. I’m curious if I’m gripping wrong or if others have this issue as well.

You could try a power jelq device.

I’ve been doing sets of stretches for hours now and my hands are in a considerable amount of pain, but I’m not quite sore enough yet. Might have to rig up a hanging device for myself. Either way, I always get a bit cramped up from a good session. Logic dictates your hands should becomes stronger as you continue your exercises. Hopefully it works out that way.

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

It’s always like that in the beginning, your hands are still adjusting to the PE exercises. The more you do it, the less cramp you will feel. Especial after some decent time on PE, after you have fully adjusted to it.


Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

Try exercising your hands throughout the day. Just tightening the fist, and then moving your fingers open and closed. Then moving them individually.

It should improve with time. I remember telling my wife that my exercises were not only going to improve my dick size, they were also very good upper body workouts. She was happy with that…

I would suggest lightening your grip or doing less reps - at least until you’re hands are conditioned too and you can gradually increase the workout.

You could try getting one of those stress balls/forearm exercise balls. Do that whenever you’re bored and your arms’ll get stronger pretty quick.

Thanks for the advice there folks, hopefully my hands will toughen up a bit over time. If they don’t, I’ll probably need to swap over to a different type of routine, or shell out for a device to do them.

My hands cramp easily when jelqing for periods of time. A power jelq device has reduced this cramping time frame so now I get more work in before my hands go wonky. I do quite a bit of typing, writing, and even some drawing throughout my days, so switching to the ok grip kinda drives my hands nuts. There’s also the other jelq hand technique, it’s like holding a cigarette, but using your thumb in combination with your index finger instead of middle.

Power jelq device also feels like it gives me a far more effective work out. :)

I used to cramp after 50 jelqs, but now, as I’ve been doing P.E for about 7 months, they only cramp when I do sets of Horse 440’s. Your hands just adjust in time.

Ha I have the exact opposite. I’ve got veins busting out on my dick now but no matter how much I workout I can’t get any veins on my upper body like the bodybuilders.
