Hands cramping

^Sorry =( I was in a rush to type that,due to the fact that i was in class.

I ment to say that my venis in my hands show more due to PEing.

thats all.

My hands never hurt whilst jelqing but ten min of stretching and they feel like they age going to fall off.

I used to get the same problem with my work. I’d literally have to peel my fingers off my hammer because they wouldn’t work on their own. Sometimes it still happens. My hands also fall asleep easily during the night, or if they’re holding something, like my steering wheel, or a sewing needle when I fix all the holes my big toe puts in my socks at work.

I try to eat a banana every day, and drink only gatorade at work. I assume the persistence of the problem is because of the inconsistency of my work making it hard for my hands to get used to it.
