Hi bros,

Im pretty desperate about getting some length. So naturally stretch is important to me. I was trying to stretch in a way in which I can feel the most tension to the ligs. So I stretched from top to bottom, moving it like a hand crank, I feel a good amount of tension in the ligs. Is this gonna be bad for you?

I have never felt sore from a PE workout, even after a 40 minute session. I haven’t measured in about 2 months, do you think I should up the intensity a notch?

I’ve never felt sore either and I’m still gaining, so I can’t suggest either way.

After reading a bit, I think it’s probably better to use physical indicators like morning wood(or lack of), and penis skin color to see if you overtrain or undertrained.
