Me again.

I’ve recently boosted my PE routine. It now stands around about 30 mins across the day. I’m trying this in order to see if spreading it out through the day will give my body time to recover during the period between exercises, hopefully preventing the need for rest days.

I’m doing almost entirely SD Manual Stretches, with a little semi-erect/erect jelqing. However it normally ends up as fully erect jelqing and stretching as I can’t keep the little guy down.

Another thing, when I do manage to keep it down, I can’t stretch a great distance, nor for a great deal of time. My hand keeps sliding off when I pull down, or it feels like my glans is actually coming off. I know thats not possible, but it hurts like a bitch.

I’m uncut, so gripping the shaft is completely out of the question. I can’t get a ADS or a hanger, as I live in the UK, have no money (well, not enough) and am still at school, so wearing an ADS in class may not be the best way to do things.

Someone help. I’ve been really depressed recently with other peoples gains and would really like to catch up. I’ve been doing this stuff for a long time now and have been waiting for the rewards to come, but as of yet nothing. If anything I’ve actually lost more than I’ve gained.

A common problem when you are new to this… It’ll get easier to take it “professionally” after a while and not to get erect that easily. Only real way to prevent this, is to masturbate before doing your stretching, enough time in between so you aren’t sore.

For grip, try baby powder, latex surgical gloves etc.. Don’t pull from your glands, good man. Pain is always bad. This is where the injuries happen: When someone just won’t listen to their body.

You being uncut doesn’t make you unable to grip the shaft. Where do you get these ideas? You think nobody who is uncut does manual stretches? I don’t mean to any way attack you, this issue intrigues me. If this misunderstanding is common, we gotta do something about it.

Grip below the glands. I use my whole hand for it: In over-hand grip, first two fingers below glands and the last two on the glands. And yes, I’m uncut.

Take it easy, relax. Haste makes waste. This forum gives an illusion, that people gain in unbelievable pace, that’s not true. People do report gains all the time, but that’s mainly because it’s all the time different people, we have a lot of members. Also there are other psychological issues in play, but I won’t get in to that now, as I would just rise some firy arguments… ;)

Forget others. Think about yourself. Forget other people’s gains. Think about your’s. What do you care if DLD is two feet long if you yourself gain an inch? Which chances your life more? You would like to catch up? This isn’t a competition. Only one you are competeting against is yourself. I could go make a progress report and say that I gained five inches last week and post credible pictures. There’s some competition for your ass! :D See? ;)

I think this issue hasn’t been talked about enough. A lot of people get depressed and demotivated over hearing about other people’s gains all the time. Some success stories are good, they motivate people, remind us about the possibilities, but I think this trend of everybody reporting their slightest gain has a lot of negative pointers.

Well, Base covered just about all the bases so I will add only one thing. One excellent time to do some stretching is right after a shower when all your body oils are washed off and you can get a good natural grip. Other than that, the powder does the trick for absorbing body oils for a good grip.

Oh, try one more thing, “A” stretches. When you wrap your shaft over your wrist in an “A” stretch, it provides more surface area friction, so I seem to get a much better stretch that way. Sorry, more then one thing I know!!!


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Welcome: Sounds like you’re pretty good size to begin with, a lot of men are starting out half your size. I started a little below 6” BPEL and am just now arriving at the 7up club, so count your blessing, things could always be worse.

Thanks for the help. I do a lot of my stretching in the shower after masturbation. But its over the day when its difficult to get the grip.

As for the whole shaft/glans/foreskin thing, whenever I grip my shaft, the skin just slides forwards, and I end up stretching the skin and not the penis. I think this was my problem in the past, where no matter how long and hard I pulled each day, I was getting no gains - as the penis wasn’t being affected, just the skin :P

I know I’m lucky, people keep telling me. But my brain doesn’t think so. Some days I’m absolutely fine (almost to an arrogant level), others, I just hate my penis. On those days I see other guys and I just think I’ve got the bad deal. Another thing is, I have a poor mental attitude to everything. I won’t do anything unless I’m gonna get something out of it fast. Not really the attitude I want for PE!

Has anyone got any ideas on how to improve mental attitude?

Make yourself a Captain’s Wench to use as a grip aid as I do. Leave off the strap for weight hanging and grip behind the clamp.

Try toilet paper, it works great for me…

start strenghtenin ur forearms and grip strength….maybe get a gripper or a ball that u can use to practice with. The stronger ur grip strenght the better ur jelq’s will be
