So am I the only one who’s hands hurt when I’m doing manual stretches especially, and sore when jelqing.

True I squeeze my dick. I’m lucky that way, mine never gets injured. And I don’t feel discomfort.

But my hands 😫🤔

I think I should start doing hand strength exercises just to be able to achieve my PE goals 💪🏾

Keep squeezing the poop out of your dick. Before you know more than your hands will hurt.Do you think that abusing the tissue will be helpful in any way?

But if I don’t feel any discomfort why shouldn’t I go hard ?

Because jelqing is a smooth gentle movement of blood towards the end of your penis. Doing the exercise wrong gives no results. Did you actually read the info here on jelqing and does it say anything about doing it hard?

Ok maybe I interpreted that wrong. I got gains so I just went with it.

Dmtl, just to give you my view. I also suffer from tired hands every now and then. Just like a tired dick I think you’ll also tire hands. This is just my view but a dick and a hand are both just skin, blood and muscle.

No cure for it other than give it a rest or apply slightly less pressure on jelq or stretches.

You have to try.
Maybe you didn’t weak hands just your dick maybe is more flexible.

I had a similar tiredness during my first week of the newbie routine. I’m certainly no PE expert, but I feel if you’ve not done anything that requires prolonged grip strength, your hands will tire. These feelings should subside over the first week or two, as the muscles in your hands get stronger.

But take note, I’m not 100% certain of good grip levels for jelqing, I’m coming at this purely from a muscular point of view.

Like anything else involving your hands, they will get stronger with time. If they are tiring quickly then you’re applying too much pressure.

When weightlifting, your hands get stronger and grip gets better because of the grip pressure you apply over periods of time. In PE you should have moderate pressure when jelqing. You use stronger pressure when doing ULI squeezes. Your jelq pressure should be much less than your squeeze pressure. If they feel similar then you are gripping way too tight on jelqs. I jelq for long periods 30-45 minutes typically and I have fairly weak hands. When they start getting tired I swap hands for several strokes. But, I can still get long sessions in before they are fatigued. My full session is typically an hour or a little longer.

My whole routine starts with BTC (after warm up with a heat pad). Just after the first 3 minutes of BTC my hand is sore lol
Maybe I just have little bitch hands hahaha
