1 - Less can be more
2 - Adequate rest periods.. Take a day off every few days it will help in the long run
3 - warm up.. Injuries if avoidable should be avoided
4 - increasing exercise incrementally.. Bit by bit increase no. Of jelqs per routine .. Ie 40 day one 41 day two.. 45 day ten etc..
5 - consistency in routine.. Do not give up stay the course
6 - keep a goal in mind it makes it a hell of a lot easier. Iv got a gf though my eventual goal is to be 7.5-8 by 5.75 and work this girl I know
7 - education.. Keep an open mind keep reading about pe

Thats great news man! I wanted to know though, what is your erection level when Jelqing? I might give your routine a try for 3 weeks to see if I get similar results seeing how I haven’t started my PE yet.

Erection level is hard to estimate.. It’s around 60-70% I think.. Sorry I should have mentioned that one.. Good luck your goal is similar to mine.. Hope we get there sometime soon

Any particular directions you did when you were stretching? Did you also do kegels? I found kegels might cause me to prem ejac which is why I stay away from them.

Yea, west, about kegels. I have heard that too. I also heard you use them to strengthen the PC and BC muscle to be able to control ejaculation? Can anyone give light on this? Also nice work born, hopefully I will get some newbie gains like that too!
