I was doing a downward stretch the other day and I felt a pop at the base of my unit near the pubic bone. There is no pain and no discomfort but I was just wondering if that was a sign of something bad?

Yeah that’s not a bad thing. I’m almost positive it’s called a Ligament Pop, or “Lig pop”. Many people on Thunders have experienced them while stretching. Although some like myself, who have been also stretching the same amount of force and time have not experienced a lig pop. Don’t worry.

Ok thx guys. I’m almost 2 months in and I been doing sort of a hand uli and my girth is reacting very good to it. My flaccid girth has grown in the last two weeks I have been doing them. How long should I wait before I try clamping and hanging?

Since your current routine is giving you good gains, stick to it until the gains stop. Then you can consider more advance exercise.
Essentially after 3-4 months, your penis should be well conditioned to handle additional stress place upon by the more advance exercise.
