Hack of a length routine

This is meant to be answered by the good gainers and vets.

Do you think that it is a good routine?

I started and gained 0.5 EL in 2 and a half month . Have not gained since and that bothers me as I just finished 4 months of PE.

I had a reconditioning break for a week and am back now doing this :

3min hot shower with 30 kegels

8min manual stretches

5min BTC stretch 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off pattern

3min V-stretch

200 jelqs

2x15 JAI stretches

3min hot shower

Do you think that there is anything that could make this routine more productive?
Increase in minutes or sets or whatever?
Any tips please?

Hooker, I love the movie “Heat”, my favorite movie ever. Here are my suggestions:

1. Get an IR lamp, this will allow heat without worrying about a shower.
2. Increase the stretching dramatically, have you gave hanging any thought?
3. Increase the jelqing dramatically, kegels should be done simultaneously while jelqing.
4. Throw some simple Uli’s in there while jelqing if the erection gets too much.
5. Back off if your not getting a good pump, I have no idea if you handle the above or not. I don’t do
numbers.
6. Stick to the basics, they do work.

1) Do more than 30 kegels, and do them with your jelqs.
2) Increase jelqs from 200 to 400-500
3) 30 mins of JAIs? Seems too much. Try 2 or 3 SETS of JAIs
4) Do manual stretches throughout the day, at bathroom breaks, etc
5) Add in LDP stretches (Link in my faves, see Sig)
6) Do all the stretches before jelqing

Look into an ADS system and definetly up your jelqs like every one else said. Look into monty’s PE weights.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Slack———————- I meant 2 x 15 not minutes but two sets of 15 and that on the other side is not that much.
I do jelq after all the stretching excepts of those Jai stretches
400 to 500 jelqs will throw me off time wise. That is my problem. I do have like a 30 to 40 minute time frame to do my PE thing
in a day plus I have to even make it fit in my day sometime. I am a really busy person unfortunately. I wish the day had 40 hours.

Mr.Nine ——————— number 6 is what I think plus people are saying that less is sometimes more which correlates with my spare time plus my theory
with for example pumping iron in the gym. My routine is a length routine only. At least for now. I am 5.8 in girth which only puts
me 0.5 far away from my EG goal. I will fix that later 80)
I gave hanging a thought but I also know that I dont have the time and privacy to do that. I am only given 30 to 40 minutes a day
for all my PE efforts in this crazy world and trust me that I do prioritize it quite a lot.
That lamp is something I have been thinking about so I will go for one . Thanks for the impulse.

Thesky ———————-ADS is a good thing I believe however I dont have the privacy neither the time unfortunately. Unless you can wear it underneath your
clothes. Which I think is not that possible even though my pants are pretty baggy.

Then use your 30-40 minutes time frame to jelq. The stretches can be done anywhen, multiple bathroom breaks, in bed, something like that.

We’re all busy, yet find the time. If the will to achieve is there, the time will be too.

May I have a question?
If I spend the time on jelqing than the majority of work will be spent on mainly a girth excercise knowing that jelqing overhand at 50 to 60 percent erect is for length as well.
And the time of stretches will be inconsistent depending on the day. Do you understand what I am worried about?

Thank you for feedback again I do have a lot of respect for you even though we are the same age, but you are way ahead of me in those things.
