Guys I Gained 0.7 Inches in 11 Days
Is this normal? Ok I havent given my measurements yet but I started at 6.2 inches on september 9th and when I measured today it was 6.9-7 inches, WTF!! I’m 100% sure it is accurate measurement because I measured using the same method both times and in the same position (bone pressed method) <—although both times I did not press it “into” the pubic bone I just rested it very lightly against the pubic bone (I hope that is the right way) another thing to note is that my erections now (especially today) are ROCK HARD and I’ve noticed that my penis has gained a VERY noticeble amount of veins, starting from the right side moving all the way to the top and just yesterday on the left side aswell (even in the flaccid state which amazes me).
Basically what I have been doing is 2 days on 1 day off, then 3 days on 1 day off, then repeat.
I’m doing the newbie routine however I have modified it a lot, this is what I do:
-5 min hot wrap,
-15-20 mins of stretches (modified):
What I do is I start with 3 sets of forward, down, up, left, right 25 sec each stretches, with 1 min of btc stretch in between each set* (as a warmup)
I put a star beside the 1 min btc stretch between each set because this is a key to my workout I feel it has a big part in the gains in length.
Then I do 3 sets of forward, forward left, forward right, up, up-left, up-right, left, left-up, left-right.. All around I think it’s a total of like 16 points for only 15 seconds each, *with the 1 min btc stretch in between each set,
-Lubed Jelqing (I Love this now!):
As some of you saw in my first thread I said how I couldn’t control my jelging and couldn’t keep constant proper erection levels, like one of you said I overcame that problem! Now I can focus and keep it at the same level, so I love jelqing now
I basically started doing only 100 reps of 3 second because I couldn’t control my erection level,
After my 1st break I went up to 200 reps, and for the last session I did I went up to 300 (which is where I am now)
*Ohh I forgot to mention I feel the jelqing is the most important factor for my vein improvements
-Then I finish with a hot wrap/remove lube then do a modified kegel stretch type of thing:
What I do is with my flaccid/ slightly pumped penis I grip the head, pull out as far as still comfortable, then kegel for 20 seconds, for 20 times, this finishes off my workout perfect because it gives a HUGE vein pump and leaves it hanging like crazy (my limp is quite big in proportion to my erect btw, around 5 inches normally and 5.5 after the jelqs lol)
