Hi everyone. I usually do my penile exercises in the shower. Sometimes my penis gets a little erect while stretching, should I be 100% flaccid or does it not matter so much? It ends up making me stay in the shower for about an hour or so once I take a shower and finish up my exercises. So as I try to save a few minutes to get out of the bathroom, I notice I do not kegel right after my second warm up in the newbie routine which is what I am still doing. Well I am just wondering if this has much of an effect if I kegel right after that second warm up. Also I usually warm up by taking a shower and letting warm/hot water heat up my penis. Is this bad to do? Because I have also been running out of hot water by the time I finish kegeling so I do a cold water warm up. Should I stop doing that, I read somewhere that it is not really bad to do this but the result of cold wrap vs. Hot wrap is still not certain. Any ideas? Also just wondering, what are your sizes while flaccid.

A little erect is OK. Hot shower for warm ups and warm downs are fine.

Fourtyone, are you used cold wrap for warming !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some people don’t even do warm-up warm-down, and some use ice or cold water to end the workout. But as newbie, you’d better warm-up, and it’s fine to use coll water to end the session.

To Almuhjjar, thats a funny reaction but yes I have been doing a cold wrap after my Jelqing. Is Hot wrap better for a warm down rather than cold?

What about kegeling after my Warmpup. Is it recommended to kegel right after I finish my warm down? I do not know if this matters or not, but I am wondering if I keep my kegeling on a schedule to do this exercise right after I warm down it would be better in the long run because I keep doing this on a routine basis right after I warm down.

As I read from this forum, warming down will help healing faster, while cooling down maintaining the tissues in stretched condition, I choose warm down for myself.

While for kegel, it’s good to do it before and/or after the workout, I do after.
