Guidence to correct PE
Hi everyone. I usually do my penile exercises in the shower. Sometimes my penis gets a little erect while stretching, should I be 100% flaccid or does it not matter so much? It ends up making me stay in the shower for about an hour or so once I take a shower and finish up my exercises. So as I try to save a few minutes to get out of the bathroom, I notice I do not kegel right after my second warm up in the newbie routine which is what I am still doing. Well I am just wondering if this has much of an effect if I kegel right after that second warm up. Also I usually warm up by taking a shower and letting warm/hot water heat up my penis. Is this bad to do? Because I have also been running out of hot water by the time I finish kegeling so I do a cold water warm up. Should I stop doing that, I read somewhere that it is not really bad to do this but the result of cold wrap vs. Hot wrap is still not certain. Any ideas? Also just wondering, what are your sizes while flaccid.
