Guidance Needed
First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this.
I have been doing PE for about a month and have seen the “newbie gains”. However, these gains are very minimal and the cons still outweigh the pros.
My measurements now are 5x4. When I first started, I believe my length was 4.5inch and I’m not sure about the girth because I didn’t measure that but I’m sure it would be the same because my girth hasn’t increased that much.
However, there are still many concerns that I have. I’ve been doing ample amount of research, but theres vast information out there and I’m really confused at this point so I would appreciate any help.
CONS:
-Girth is still way too less (especially base girth)
-Baseball shaped
-Curves up and to the right
-Scrotum hangs very low (especially right testicle)
-Cannot maintain erection for long
-Have to keep stroking or else it will quickly fall down and even go soft again (weak erection angle)
CURRENT ROUTINE
-Towel warmup (5-8 min)
-Few basic stretching
-Wet jelq (20-30min)
-Underhand
-Overhand
-Recently started reverse jelqing to increase base girth
-Slap penis against my inner thighs to finish
-Basic Stretches (20-30 seconds)x3
-Down, straight, up, left, right
-Helicopter Stretches (20-30) 3-5 second rotations
-Kegels (5minutes)
-1 seconds (30)
-5 seconds (15-20)
-10 seconds (10-15)
-30 seconds (2-4)
-Towel cool down (5 min)
KEY POINTS
-I’m 21 years old
-When I say my length is 5 inch, that’s only when I push the skin down and measure from the pubic bone. So I guess my actual length is 4-4.5 inch.
-The reason why I Jelq first and stretch after is because usually by the end of my jelqing sesh, I’m pretty limp because of my problem of not being able to maintain an erection.
-I follow a 1 day on, 1 day off routine
-I try to do these in the morning when my EQ is the strongest
-I’m really concerned about my base girth (3in)
-I recently started using L-Arginine (1000mg/day) and Multivitamins
-I used to be an excessive masterbater which definitely had a huge toll on my EQ.. But hopefully I can recover from that. I try to resist the urge and only master-bate once a week if I really have to
-I’ve quit smoking because my penis health is number uno priority
-I’ve tried Horse Squeezes but I don’t have enough length and its hard to do properly
-I don’t think my stretching routine is adequate..
SUMMARY
1.) Should I focus on length gains first or girth? Base girth? Again my measurements are roughly 5x4in
2.) Should I start doing clamping or hanging for base girth? As I’ve heard these help that significantly
3.) Should I Jelq before I stretch?
4.) Regarding my curve to the right, would jelqing to the left side help?
5.) Is there a better routine for me?
6.) At what time should I take my L-Arginine?
7.) Any alternatives for Horse Squeezes?
8.) This one is really important. How to maintain erection? How to increase erection angle? I’m really worried I have ED..
