First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this.

I have been doing PE for about a month and have seen the “newbie gains”. However, these gains are very minimal and the cons still outweigh the pros.
My measurements now are 5x4. When I first started, I believe my length was 4.5inch and I’m not sure about the girth because I didn’t measure that but I’m sure it would be the same because my girth hasn’t increased that much.

However, there are still many concerns that I have. I’ve been doing ample amount of research, but theres vast information out there and I’m really confused at this point so I would appreciate any help.

CONS:
-Girth is still way too less (especially base girth)
-Baseball shaped
-Curves up and to the right
-Scrotum hangs very low (especially right testicle)
-Cannot maintain erection for long
-Have to keep stroking or else it will quickly fall down and even go soft again (weak erection angle)

CURRENT ROUTINE
-Towel warmup (5-8 min)
-Few basic stretching
-Wet jelq (20-30min)
-Underhand
-Overhand
-Recently started reverse jelqing to increase base girth
-Slap penis against my inner thighs to finish
-Basic Stretches (20-30 seconds)x3
-Down, straight, up, left, right
-Helicopter Stretches (20-30) 3-5 second rotations
-Kegels (5minutes)
-1 seconds (30)
-5 seconds (15-20)
-10 seconds (10-15)
-30 seconds (2-4)
-Towel cool down (5 min)

KEY POINTS
-I’m 21 years old
-When I say my length is 5 inch, that’s only when I push the skin down and measure from the pubic bone. So I guess my actual length is 4-4.5 inch.
-The reason why I Jelq first and stretch after is because usually by the end of my jelqing sesh, I’m pretty limp because of my problem of not being able to maintain an erection.
-I follow a 1 day on, 1 day off routine
-I try to do these in the morning when my EQ is the strongest
-I’m really concerned about my base girth (3in)
-I recently started using L-Arginine (1000mg/day) and Multivitamins
-I used to be an excessive masterbater which definitely had a huge toll on my EQ.. But hopefully I can recover from that. I try to resist the urge and only master-bate once a week if I really have to
-I’ve quit smoking because my penis health is number uno priority
-I’ve tried Horse Squeezes but I don’t have enough length and its hard to do properly
-I don’t think my stretching routine is adequate..

SUMMARY
1.) Should I focus on length gains first or girth? Base girth? Again my measurements are roughly 5x4in
2.) Should I start doing clamping or hanging for base girth? As I’ve heard these help that significantly
3.) Should I Jelq before I stretch?
4.) Regarding my curve to the right, would jelqing to the left side help?
5.) Is there a better routine for me?
6.) At what time should I take my L-Arginine?
7.) Any alternatives for Horse Squeezes?
8.) This one is really important. How to maintain erection? How to increase erection angle? I’m really worried I have ED..

You don’t have to answer all of these, but any help would be appreciated.

This could be related. Either you started PE with weak erections or got aggravated at your heavy routine (too much jelqs and kegels).

Focus on conditioning before anything else (6 months). Specific exercises tends to be advanced and not recommended for beginners.

Without a conditioned penis, only two things could happen: nothing or injury.

30 minutes before or after exercises, with water and empty stomach. What kind of L-Arginine are you taking? Powder? Pills?

At your current routine with weak erections, there is only one way out of it: rest. If you increase time or intensity, or even add advanced exercises, the chances to aggravate is too high.

Rest until everything got back to normal: morning woods, longer lasting erections, hard erections etc. Not sure, but this process could take 1 to 2 weeks. Once you notice that EQ is back to were it suppose to be, start to masturbate one time per week (without porn).

After all that I believe you should start PE at Linear Newbie Routine (without stretches and kegels). If jelqing alone is not peaking your EQ, we chat again.

Let me just clarify, there are PROS as well.
You were right when you said that I started PE with weak erections probably due to excessive masturbation. That has always been an issue. I don’t think PE has had a negative impact on that. In fact, it has made my erections harder, fuller, and more vascular. Also, I can feel the increase in strength of my PC muscles from all the Kegels.
So things have definitely improved since I started doing PE. However, my issue is that I feel like I’ve plateaued? Yes, my erections are harder and everything, but I still cannot maintain an erection for very long. The little pecker keeps going down on me

And I started with that Linear Newbie Routine which helped a lot, but not in length..

Arginine Pills (500mg each)

Been on those shoes before (brief erections, no gains) and cost me a long rest (more than one month).

Let’s see if anybody else got anything to add up. We have plenty of veterans here.
