My erect penis size is 5 inches in length and 4 inches in girth. How long do you guys estimate it will take me to reach my goal of 6 inches in length and 5 inches in girth? If I stay consistant and never skip any excersizes.

I guess it depends on your routine and individual physiology; but your goal should be attainable. Are your measurements bone pressed (BP) or non-bone pressed (NBP) ?

NBP, bone pressed it’s 5 and 7/8 which is a huge increase, and I’m not even fat lol. Here is a picture of me.

Ok got it ThunderSS, thanks, but I was just showing that picture really quicly to show that even though I’m not overweight, there is almost an inch increase in my BPEL from my NBPEL. But ill keep your advice in mind for later.

Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!
