Hello everyone,

Janus here.

Recently I made some serious headway in my personal research regarding erectile dysfunction. A couple of months ago, I devised a method whereby any male can actively stimulate blood vessel growth using a manually applied massage technique to the backside of their member. I have this video listed on YouTube with an over 18 age restriction placed on it first by myself and then by YouTube itself(which means that zero money is being generated by the video). For the sake of not having to write anymore (I’ve written around 200 or so pages in the past three months.) I am just going to list the name of the video of which everyone can view at their own leisure. It is the first in what will be a series of a dozen or so videos that I am currently filming which will be released to the public on YouTube’s platform. Please note, the video is long because I had a good amount of information to include of which are my personal before and after pictures towards the end. The biggest reason for this is to do as much good as possible, along with the fact that my videos are fairly sizeable—over 2 gigs in size typically. The next is that I have enough confidence in my invention that I have no problems personally explaining everything without hiding behind a computer screen or not putting myself out there. I genuinely hope it is a big help to everyone who begins using it or at the very least helps people start thinking in an entirely new direction. Lastly, I have a great deal to contribute and have finally decided to release everything. Barring some type of bizarre mishap, I hope to continue to help generate new ideas in this arena.

If you try it and would like to know any important details or have an questions, I am all ears. I’m extremely curious to see how it works for someone with a vascular complication like peyronies. I have a hunch it could greatly reduced curvature.

Have you tried it ? Saw any gains?

How much times should i do the exercise you showed in the video?

Is there any risks in it (like in PE)?

Should i be warmed up before doing it?

You mentioned in your video 100% success. How to you substantiate that? What study or data do you present? A far as I know in dealing with any biological entity nothing is ever 100%

Can you tell us in written form, what a session looks like rep, set, and time wise? What progressions may look like for the burst expansion and pyramid rush?

Yes you are right. If you re-watch the video, I edited that portion out. In my haste to get the video up, I uploaded my third pass edited video and not my fourth.

In one of my videos I actually plan on addressing ways in which the Angion Method can be rendered useless from health complications, dietary habits, and even some types of medication.

My apologies on the confusion, I tried to catch the error in time.

Yes, I have tried it. If you visit my profile, in my post labeled “exciting news” I have posted my before and after pictures. I saw fairly tremendous gains very quickly and thus why I decided to share it with the world.

This exercise is about as dangerous as walking on a treadmill. So long as you stick to the recommendations I make in the video regarding keeping everything pleasurable—there should be little worry about injury.

Just remember to use a silicone based lube to keep from chafing or rubbing yourself raw.

No need to warm up at all. Do Burst Expansion first, followed by Pyramid Rush.

I just put my first session in of each exercise. Definitely feels less intense than my typical jelq session. But I am still feeling out the methods.

Absolutely,

My sessions typically go as follows.

—Apply silicone based lube.
—Obtain an erection
—Four rounds of 30 second Burst Expansion sets
—Perform Pyramid Rush sets twice in a row(5 minutes each like mentioned in the video)
—Check for blood flow by taking a closer look at hardness. If getting limp, re-stimulate.
—Do two 30 second Burst Expansion sets again.
—Attempt to perform three or more Pyramid Rush sets.
—Do another hardness check.
—Take note of heartbeat. Is my shaft jumping more or less. If less, perform an Burst Expansion real quick.
—Perform last Pyramid Rush.

Also, theoretically, you could perform just Burst Expansion or just Pyramid rush for 5 or so minute bouts and accumulate a total of 30 minutes in a session similar to treadmill work. My only worry would be over training. Just like any other exercise, this can be overdone and will result in the usual weak erections, though admittedly, your erection strength bounces back MUCH faster than other exercises.

Yes, since this exercise does not cause any tissue edema or the like. All of the fun stuff happens after healing and growth begins taking place. Once your arteries reach a certain point of development, you can all but completely kiss cold flaccids goodbye. These days I’m in a constantly chubbed stated. Even after exercise like cardio, my member is still full and very warm to the touch. I am still blown away by how effective this method really is. Even after doing all of that research, it is still hard to believe how incredible it all is until I look in the mirror every morning.

I am admittedly at a loss why you would see this version of the video since I edited this out within hours of uploading it. I shall contact YouTube to figure out what is going on. I attempted to duplicate the issue but was not able to replicate. Thank you for your careful observations.

Lol, if this works I am going to be pissed as I am almost 1000 hours into a couple years of grinding it out on the extender!
