Is it common for guys to grow more then 1 1/2 inches in length with out hanging. I have grow 1/2 a inch in my 1st 2 months. But the idea of hanging makes me nervous.

Ya it makes me nervous as well. I imagine at low weights, with a good hanger and for short times its not that different than stretching. Those are amazing gains for 2 months! Are you just doing the newbie routine? I’d say keep doing it till you stop gaining! Maybe the experienced members will have more advice for you.

What are your starting stats?

If thats all you’re comfortable doing then just do that until gains stop coming. Then you can start to consider the possibility of hanging. Stretching is great! I do it everyday I think its the easiest of the newbie gains.

I’d like to hear if anyone has gained 2 inches plus without hanging? Thinking hanging is needed to get big length gains.

If I remember correctly I’m pretty sure yguy gained 2 inches with manual work and only hanged for 3 months in total after those gains, I think he said he gained 1/2” after those 3 months

I’ve gained 2” without hanging.

While some hangers have reported large gains, a majority of gains made by a majority of guys is due to hands-on PE.

Carrotsrorange, I have been doing the newbie routine. I have added a min of jelqing every day but have not pasted 20 min. Sometimes I think I respond better to less time jelqing. Like 10 to 13 min. This week I just started stretching to 10 min I was doing 5 min before. But my flaccid sometimes turtles after a more intense stretch, so I’m still trying to figure it out.
