Groin pain

I’m wondering if anyone has ever experienced a pain deep in the area between the groin and the leg on the left side after jelqing. I’m also having g back problems with radiating pain in my legs so it may be that. The pain does not accompany the jelqing, but appears at odd times.

Sounds like sciatica, shooting cramp,like pain going down the leg or both legs. And pain coming across to the front the groin area. Perhaps you should visit a doctor and get a remedy for that.
