When I am doing stretching my glans is extremely soft as I am not erect and my grip under the neck of the glans slips over the glans and hand falls off as I try to make the tension needed to stretch. I have tried the toilet paper idea but it burns the underneath of shaft at the neck when I apply force to stretch. Is there any collars with rope one can use for this to pull to tug it or any other useful stuff? I really love the check stretch and want to apply more force and hold even longer but grip slips off.

First, everything should be clean, hands and penis, and second, try using powder for a better grip.

Everyone that does PE should get familiar with Self Adhesive Sports Wrap. You can get it at any drug store or in the health section of most other stores. It comes in a roll and is a stretchy fabric that sticks to itself. I use it in basically every kind of PE that I do including pumping. It is amazing for PE work.

You can wrap your whole unit with this stuff and the grip is amazing. I use it for hanging and stretching.

I can personally attest to the truth of this statement. It works extremely well for All Day Extenders as well.


Kdong Starting: 7.1 x 5.125 vol = 14.84 cu. in. Current: 7.1BPEL 5.5 MSEG = 17cu. in. GOAL --> 8.5 x 6.5 vol: 28.6 cu. in.

Took Time off, lost some gains-- Girth cemented

So for stretching manually where would you put tape? Just at neck and not tight ?

It is not tape, don’t use tape. This is a sports wrap it does not have any glue that sticks to you. It uses elastic and fabric to grab the skin.

for stretching I would wrap the entire penis from top to bottom I have a lot of skin so I wrap down into in my scrotum for the extra penis. The self sticking part only works for a very fresh piece. If you reuse it a lot (as you should, unless you are rich) I use a the double sided velcro straps you can get from the store to secure cables (or any velcro will do) and just go around once to keep it on.

Then just grab your wrapped unit and pull away. You will be amazed how much easier it is to stretch.

. How many cable straps do you use and where top bottom and middle?

It’s just to hold the end of the wrap to the reset. I typically wrap from the glands down to the base and if I am just stretching I will go around the base once with the velcro to help keep it together. After about the 3rd or 4th time using the strip of wrap it wont stick to itself any more but it still keeps its gripping power for around 50-60 hours of use.

Also this is not the same as an ACE bandage wrap even though I think ACE makes a self adhering bandage.

Wow I think I might have to go and buy one of those. Would it work as a good cusion between your member and a clamp when clamping?

Woodrow I use it for pretty much every PE exercise I do including pumping (wrapping the glands and circ scar to prevent fluid buildup). It works great with clamping as well.

Jelq a bit [to engorge the glans slightly] then wrap so its about 3/4” on the glans and 1 inch below — with the glans partially engorged to provide an edge to grab onto.

I don’t manually stretch anymore but when I did rubber gloves (the kind Dr’s use)seem to be the only thing that helped. I agree toilet paper wasn’t very effective in my experience.

This is what I do. Also you can try baby powder. Doesn’t slip at all.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I’m going to try both the powder and sport bandage separately. I’m excited, I love the pull between checks and really felt with better grip I’ll be able to pull a extra half inch further!

Where’s the stretch mostly supposed to force on the base or whole shaft? Just wondering because I see someone wraps whole base and shaft in bandage and pulls.. I tell you something I went from 4.5 flacid length to 4.75 with baby powder with the cheek stretches. Now if only my girth would move on up though Its getting firmer and firmer
