When I do my stretches, especially the V-Stretch, I have a hard time maintaining my grip for the whole 30 seconds—my hand gradually slips off the head. Any advice?

Try using a small square of toilet paper to improve your grip. I just started using TP this week, and it works wonders!

As t80 said, baby powder works great. Besides, if you have hard time holding for entire 30 seconds, just do two 15 second stretches instead.
