It has been two months down the road, since I started my PE with a little adjusted newbie routine. I have not seen any real improvement in size and girth, nevertheless the quality of my erections has increased immensely. As I have a rather thick dick I am putting more pressure on stretching. So typically after warmup, I do three series of stretches in left right, middle down and up direction, which is followed with V-stretch in four directions; left, right, up and down. Stretches in first series last approx. 30 sec., increased in second to 45 and 60 sec. In the third. With V-stretch I just do one series of 30 second stretches. What bothers me the most, that I don’t seem to find the right grip to aid the stretch. I must add, that I am circumcised, so typically I should not have grip problems. The location of the grip I use, is just behind the glans (head), gripping with my index finger and thumb. I tried the overarm or better “over-dick” grip in a few cases but it is also not working well. Why? After the initial grip, which is followed by a stretch, all the blood seems to concentrate in the penis head, and after initial time it is gone, and so is the initial grip. If I used paper cloth, it seems to help, but all the force is applying just under the glans which gives me a very uncomfortable feeling. After the third series of stretches the spots on my penis head and discoloration occur. If an over-dick grip is used - the blood and pressure gets even more concentrated in the little place on the penis head. Since the majority of the nerve cells are concentrated in the head, and since I only have two of them:) , I wouldn’t like to cause any or even worse, permanent damage. So far I didn’t have any pains, but the discoloration and the spots vanishes only after a day or two. I am assuming:
-Maybe I am overdoing it with my dragging force; I am pulling strongly with one hand - so that should be some 6 or 7kg.
-Maybe I should use different grip, but everything else fells like a skin pull
I also assume that with V-stretches some of the friction and force is generated in the angle in the “V”, so initial pull and stress on the gripping surface is smaller.
Is anyone else facing the same problems? I tried to browse the forum and have found some similar problems but not exactly as mine.
