It has been two months down the road, since I started my PE with a little adjusted newbie routine. I have not seen any real improvement in size and girth, nevertheless the quality of my erections has increased immensely. As I have a rather thick dick I am putting more pressure on stretching. So typically after warmup, I do three series of stretches in left right, middle down and up direction, which is followed with V-stretch in four directions; left, right, up and down. Stretches in first series last approx. 30 sec., increased in second to 45 and 60 sec. In the third. With V-stretch I just do one series of 30 second stretches. What bothers me the most, that I don’t seem to find the right grip to aid the stretch. I must add, that I am circumcised, so typically I should not have grip problems. The location of the grip I use, is just behind the glans (head), gripping with my index finger and thumb. I tried the overarm or better “over-dick” grip in a few cases but it is also not working well. Why? After the initial grip, which is followed by a stretch, all the blood seems to concentrate in the penis head, and after initial time it is gone, and so is the initial grip. If I used paper cloth, it seems to help, but all the force is applying just under the glans which gives me a very uncomfortable feeling. After the third series of stretches the spots on my penis head and discoloration occur. If an over-dick grip is used - the blood and pressure gets even more concentrated in the little place on the penis head. Since the majority of the nerve cells are concentrated in the head, and since I only have two of them:) , I wouldn’t like to cause any or even worse, permanent damage. So far I didn’t have any pains, but the discoloration and the spots vanishes only after a day or two. I am assuming:
-Maybe I am overdoing it with my dragging force; I am pulling strongly with one hand - so that should be some 6 or 7kg.
-Maybe I should use different grip, but everything else fells like a skin pull

I also assume that with V-stretches some of the friction and force is generated in the angle in the “V”, so initial pull and stress on the gripping surface is smaller.

Is anyone else facing the same problems? I tried to browse the forum and have found some similar problems but not exactly as mine.

I have experienced the same thing. I never seem to get a good grip while stretching. Even while hanging the whole rig seems to slide down more than has been described. When I stretch the skin just slides down to the head and I end up putting a lot of force on the head. Never seem to get a good manual stretch. Maybe I have a lot more skin than normal. I am circumcised.

I would like to get more out of stretching. So, If anyone has some advice, I’d be into hearing it too.

A little baby powder may help with the grip, but a good stretch doesn’t have to be super intense. What matters is consistency over time. Moderate force on a warmed-up unit, done consistently will get you there.

Too much force can cause recoil and actually impede gains. Think of it as stretching ligaments, like you would warming up for a sport activity. You don’t pull the hell out of your hamstrings, for example. You just stretch them.

If anything use less force, but more times per day.

And always warm-up.

By this I’m assuming you mean toilet tissue? That’s what I use and it actually works well for me too.

Mr,Happy gave you good advice - don’t pull with all you’ve got - if anything you might try an approach let’s say light pulls when you start and then gradually increase the strength of the pull.

Concerning the grip, I use toilet paper myself to aid me, but try grabbing at least half an inch or an inch below the head. That way the pressure won’t be on your glans only.

I tried to move the grip closer to the shaft but the stretch is solely a skin stretch then.

According to the pictures I have seen on this forum, I assumed the stretches are being made with substantial force. Since nobody is talking kg or pounds, I thought oh what the hell, let`s try a little harder.

With stretching I only feel the tension, not any pain, even with the hardest pulls. I think that could also be related with shaft thickness. The thicker the shaft, the more force must be applied in order to reach the same tension as with thinner shaft.

I read the article where “wansmore” describes his technique with ring stretches. That is the technique that seems very interesting to me, as it uses the the stretching of the tunica and not so much of the ligs. It is comparable with V-stretch, as you use some of the friction on the rings.

With V-stretch you “loose” some pulling power with the friction generated in the V-part. So you are not pulling your glans that hard.

I will for now continue with my routine, with lesser intensity and will see what happens. If anybody else have some other suggestions, they are most welcome.

Yep toilet tissue is what I had in mind. It helps with the grip, but the pressure is then concentrated on the very thin area just behind the head. With toilet paper it is sometimes painful.

Another good thing to use if you want to get a good grip a bit further down the shaft is talcum powder. Have you tried this? If not, give it a go and see how that works.
