I know you’re all “gung ho” to get underway, but start out slowly and build up over time. I didn’t start stretching, (I only jelqed) until I had started the third month, and I was one of the lucky ones who made big gains right away.

Listen to your body, in this case your dick. From what I have learned and read on this site and others, your gains won’t come any faster if you pile on too many different kinds of exercises too fast. By trial and error, you’ll figure out what works best for you. There’s no rush!! This process takes time. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Nor were our PE gains. By the way, I usually do the exercises sitting or when I’m lying in bed. A hot shower works as well as a wrap. But give it at least five minutes—ten is even better. Good luck


day 1... it's official!

Day 1 was a success. I am definitely in the mindset, and the newbie program seemed to work like a charm. What amazes me, is how natural this feels! I need to work on my Kegels, but other than that, the 30 minute trial run went by quite smoothly. I didn’t squeeze, or push to hard. My dick feels roughed up, a little warm, but definitely not hurt.

I’m using a hot shower to warm up, 1 piece of aloe ‘super-soft’ Kleenex for the stretch, and baby oil for the Jelq. The Jelq was a rough ride at first, but I think I can adapt the technique fairly quickly. It actually feels good even though just a bit uncomfortable!

For freaky reason, I can’t seem to think of the exact number of days and posts. But don’t worry, someone else who isn’t half-asleep will remember and give you the details. But please don’t go post crazy and start making a bunch of pointless posts for the sole purpose of getting your post count up.

It’s terrific to hear that your first session went so well! Personally, I never liked baby oil for jelqing. I prefer regular KY jelly or something like cocoa butter hand hand/body lotion. When I use baby oil it leaves my skin sore and irritable.

Well, I can’t seem to post in the progress forum yet. So…

Without further chit-chat, here’s the score to date…

It’s only been 1 week! Wow! Flew by. And, I tell you, the newbie workout *is* demanding - in a very very good way.

I’ve been doing every other day, really really paying attention to what I’m doing. Technique is everything. I warm up in the early morning, go for a 30 minute power-walk or run, do my 30 minute fat boy routine (sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, leg-lifts, crunches), and then I hit the shower, keeping eye on the time with a nifty little stopwatch.

I do a nice rigorous newbie routine for about 20-30 minutes. The first few, warm up with a hot shower. And then I’ve been doing some legit stretches, along with some gentle side-to-side for about the next 5 minutes. Still getting the hang of the (wet) Jelq as my 1/2 boner isn’t very large. It’s a bit of work, but, I tell you, in the 3 measly newbie workout days, I can see where this is going. I do really good Jelqs (around 2-300) for the next 15-20 minutes, and then after, take a breather and do 20-50 Kegel ‘pumps’ while gently stretching - and those totally crack me up! I never knew those little suckers existed! Hop back in the shower, to shave, etc. I get another 5 minutes of hot water, then I’m done.

Dick definitely is taking a beating - a little sore, and I’m sure the slight swelling is adding that extra ‘meat’, but as I said, I can see where this is going, and I’m more than happy to stick to it.

You have to really focus on what you’re doing - it is just like working out. You will get out, what you put in.

I’m back! Woohoo!

Guess what tonight is? That’s right! It’s progress night! YEAH!

Ok, this is *only* week #2. And, I’ve been being a very good boy and watching what I eat, saying my prayers, and - stretching my dick! Yeehaa!

I have the newbie routine down to a science now. It’s not *nearly* as bad as I thought it would be. I mean, I still realize, realistically, that this is going to take time. But, I remain optimistic. I have a full fledged 30 minute workout for the dick! And man, it’s killer!

Basically, I follow the newbie routine Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - with some of my own touches thrown in (not literally :-p ):

5 minute hot shower with H2O constantly pouring on my pecker + groin. This is the easy part.

5-10 30 second tao stretches… I call them, ‘tao’ because I use the LOT theory combined with simply the way it feels - ‘the way’ - the path of least resistance… hence, I give my dick a nice firm stretch in the way it naturally points!

20 minutes of 3 second wet Jelqs - I bought this nice stopwatch to time each one. Good firm ‘O’ from the base, to just before the glans. I start gentle, then rough it up in the middle of the routine, and then go back to gentle for the last 2-3 minutes. Wow! I mean, it gets a little sore after, but not painful! So, I’m sticking to this - it just feels right! I feel like I’ve done Jelqing right when my dick feels heavier and meatier the next day. Good stuff.

20-50 5 second Kegel stretches. Damn, bless your heart whoever made this into a science. I mean, I’ve known what they are for some time - but *damn* if these don’t make your dick stand straight up at attention!

5 minutes, back in the shower. Here’s the trick - I bought a fog-less shower mirror. I sit on the floor of the shower, with the water rushing over my groin - pull the shower mirror down to my level, shave and brush teeth… 5 minutes goes by in no time. :-)

So, there you have it.

Oh, something else I’d like to stress to those straining the vein - make sure you *breathe*! I noticed, too often, when doing the Kegels especially… they almost force you to hold your breath after you’ve done like 30 of them. Breathe! In through the nose, out through the mouth. Good aerobics! Good for the lungs and heart! Stamina!

I will not stop, until my goal is reached! I want that big 1 inch by Xmas! I WANT A BANANA! My all time goal, is at least 7.75 inches! I can’t wait!

Your routine sounds right on target. With this kind of dedication and application, I’m sure you’ll gain. I like the fact that you go with what feels right for you. You understand the importance of concentration and proper breathing. I had the same reaction to the kegels. I didn’t have a clue beforehand. I though only women did that exercise. I measured last night since I have been trying to maintain (two sessions a week) for the past month. I’ve been giving willy a rest. Lo and behold I’ve gained another 1/4” in girth: base: 7.50” midshaft: 6.50” head: 6.50”. I think willy got the message. I wish you the same.

Week #3! Already!

Ok, so, the newbie routine as continued. I tell you, I am the Jelq King! Ha ha! But seriously, those suckers are *definitely* doing something. When I got a nice dose of morning wood the other day, I whipped the blankets down, and whoahah! Yeah, something is definitely going on down there. :-) I know, it’s only week #3, and this is only the beginning. But, I tell you, there’s simply more down there - at least, from what I can tell. A little taller, a lot ‘meatier’, and, this is something new, a lot warmer! More blood me thinks?

Things are looking good for sure. I do Monday, Wednesday, Friday, with the all purpose newbie routine and I’m very proud for sticking to it.

Here it is again:

5 minutes shower time, hot water pouring over my crotch while I gently extend/stretch my unit.
5 more minutes, out of the shower, ‘Tao’ stretching - not too hard, slightly uncomfortable.
20 minutes solid, firm 3 second Jelqs, gripping as close to the base as possible, stopping before glans. (Damn, these feel good! Heheh.) Use my handy stopwatch to time both my Jelq and breathing. I also alternate every 1 minute by sitting, then standing. When done right, for some reason, it makes me *insanely* horny - like off the scale horny. *Remember*, prevent this from becoming a masturbation session! Stop *before* the glans! But, it’s ok to brush the dorsal nerve now and then to stay 40-80% hard.
5 minutes of 5 second Kegels - hold for 5, let go for 5. Holy mackerel, makes you feel things never thought possible. :-)
5 minutes back in the shower, with hot water pouring *over* your junk - *not* directly on to it! I feel that hot water applied directly could burn or damage sensitivity - but that’s just my theory. Have the water hit you on the chest or maybe the back of your neck, and cradle your dick letting the water pool in your hands.

Question - what about staying power? I get these raging boners, but they don’t last long. I don’t pleasure myself much (once a week), I haven’t had sex in… well… too long! Heh. Any pointers about getting up and staying up? I feel like this is my curse. Will Jelqing work to correct this? Just curious.

And what’s your recommendation for a measuring tool? Ruler? Tape Measure? I want to get some accurate stats in so I can track my progress.

Love your enthusiasm!! I use a tape measure. Many use a ruler, but they’re too damn sharp for woody and he doesn’t like them. Just measure with the same device so you have consistent measurements.

Re: “staying power,” I think jelqing and the kegels will help willy stay up for longer periods of time. That has been my experience and I’m sure I’m a hell of a lot older than you are. “I’m horny all the time now!” Love it! I identify with this statement.

At the moment, you are a new member, after 2 weeks and 20 posts you’ll become a full member and will be able to start threads wherever you want. At the moment, you should be able to reply to posts anywhere, but not start your own.

Plus, when you are a full member you get the fun of avatars and all sorts. When you become a senior member they come round and break all your fingers to try and stop you posting, but pretty soon you learn to use your nose. I am not sure, but I think when you become a mod they break your nose as well. Although by that point you have another appendage which you can use to type. Although you might need an extra large keyboard.

Edit: You should be able to start a thread in the Newbie forum and post some pics, then ask the moderators nicely if they’ll move it to the members pics forum. That’d be my solution.
