I know you’re all “gung ho” to get underway, but start out slowly and build up over time. I didn’t start stretching, (I only jelqed) until I had started the third month, and I was one of the lucky ones who made big gains right away.
Listen to your body, in this case your dick. From what I have learned and read on this site and others, your gains won’t come any faster if you pile on too many different kinds of exercises too fast. By trial and error, you’ll figure out what works best for you. There’s no rush!! This process takes time. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Nor were our PE gains. By the way, I usually do the exercises sitting or when I’m lying in bed. A hot shower works as well as a wrap. But give it at least five minutes—ten is even better. Good luck
