Greetings all, just signed up for the this forum and am glad to be here.
I’ve been PEing for a few months now but mostly hung out on a different PE forum because I wasn’t able to get access to this site due to so many accounts. Anyways, I’ve known about PE for about 8 months now. Unfortunately at the start I was only doing manual exercises (wet jelqs and a few holds) and wasn’t very consistent so I gave up. I’ve devoted myself fully to PE over the last month and have been rewarded with 1/2” in length and 1/8” in girth =)
I don’t have a set routine but I try and do at least the following as a minimum amount every other day
5 min warm up with a rice pad
30-50 wet jelqs
30-50 dry jelqs
At least 10 10-15 sec holds
And I’ve just started doing a little bit of edging
Warm done in the shower including about 5 minutes of stretching
I’d really like to start hanging and today I made a Captain’s Wench as described in a different thread. I’ve only messed around with it a little but I really like it so far. I haven’t done any real hanging yet, just tried it on and gotten used to how it feels and how snug I can get it. I hung a 3lb weight from it just to see how it felt and it wasn’t to bad.
I have a quick question that I hope you guys can answer. I like my current routine and would like to stick with it, however, I’d really like to start including hanging in my routine. Just curios as to what you guys would recommend as the best way to fit it in with my current routine. The Hanging 101 thread recommends 5 days a week for 45 minutes a day broken up into a few 10-20min sessions. Would I be able to do that on top of my current routine or should I cut it back some? My current routine is pretty intense so I like to take a day off in between sessions, would I be able to hang on my off days or should I only hang on the days I do my sessions?
