Hello to all the people on Thunder’s.
Short time lurker first time poster.
Discovered this forum not too long ago & I must say, with all the positive comments I’m starting to believe that PE is actually not a myth :)
So, without much bickering I have 1 question about the Newbie routine.
How much time per day should I do the routine ? I don’t think I would have the time for more than 2 sessions daily.
Ill start with J123’s NEW newbie + advanced routine & see how it goes from there.
With some persistence I hope in 6 months ill see some results & post them here.
