This is my first post. Long time lurker. Just started PE a couple days ago wanted to start months ago but life got in the way. I’m starting with the newbie routine. I’m starting at BPEL of 7” and a EG of 5.5”. My goals are BPEL 8.5”+ and EG of 6 or 7” maybe somewhere in between.
I’m kind of a giant, want every thing to match, I’m 6’8” 270lbs.
Sorry for spelling but it’s never been my strongest skill.
