Greatest recorded gains

Just out of curiosity, who on the forum has had the greatest gains? What were they? It seems the average is between 1.5-2 inches max. Frankly, I’d be overjoyed with that, but has anyone REALLY pushed the envelope?

Y-Guy a long time ago got around 4 inches, but he doesn’t visit the site anymore, I don’t think.

There have been some recorded gains of 3+ inches.

The best thing to do is to do alot of reading, as the beauty of this forum lies in the vast knowledge and information that has been collected and written about since 2000.

Just start from here Collected wisdom from the vets and good gainers , and read through the posts and keep reading threads that are related or similar to this one or are from the same people that participated in that thread. Keep reading and reading, as there are thousands of informative posts, to get a feel for the amount of gains that many people have had, and draw your own conclusions.
