Heres a simple question that is probably answered in a FAQ (I just can’t find it), can I just take a hot shower instead of hot wrapping or am I specifically supposed to wet a towel every workout?
People have different philosophies about this. Search for heat. Some people use IR lamps while they PE, some use hot wash cloths, some use a rice sock (dry rice in a sock microwaved for a couple of minutes), some use electric heat pads. The idea is to heat the tissue, that’s all.
