Another manual stretching guy here. I say this alot but it’s because it’s relavent I guess. When I first joined in the first month I did alot of reading from the big gainers and concluded that nothing could be done with devices that couldn’t be done with manual stretching. Infact it seems a higher percentage of the big gainers were manual guys. So using devices is more of a preference or convenience thing. It’s hard to conclude though because not everyone shares there gains in detail and does a progress report etc. I wasn’t lucky enough to see a topic like this to read as a newbie though, it would of saved alot of time. :D I think momento said manual exercises allows for greater control. As a noob his posts were a good inspiration.
gainerihope, for grip. I think it takes time to find the right one. As a noob I stayed away from the head, and after 1-2 months I had found a way to get a good grip near the head (or sometimes at the head) without decreasing sensativity or causing any harm. I don’t even know how to explain how to do it, it’s kind of complicated. The closer to the glans that you can grip, the better the stretch will be. The closer to the shaft, the more skin will be caught in the stretch and skin and slide back and forth. Just be cautious about the glans and be careful, if you want to try this it takes alot of experimentation. Better to be safe then sorry.
