Wow guys nice gains!

I seem to be gaining well from 20 mins of manual stretches a day, need to measure and quantify the progress.

0 so far :(

Not seeing any improvement at all , I started like 2-3 weeks ago or so yet I didn’t notice any results

And I’ve tried many times different techniques by holding the tip differently never works or I end up hurting it

I’m consistently over 6 ” BP, when I started I was a little over 5”. Another half to 3/4 of an inch would do me fine.

Took me a little over a year to get these length gains all from manual stretches.

Guys, seems like a good place to ask this

Do any of you struggle while stretching at higher angles? I have tried different grips and tissue, gloves ect i just cant help just pulling the skin foward and not realy streatching the penis while pulling up. Im fine with downward stretches. Your not supposed to hold the head or use it as a stopper wright?

Anyone know of any cheap equipment that can aid strething? or any other tips would be great

Try the wrench it can aid manual stretching.

I use a knuckle reverse grip
Knuckle stretch

The Redi-Stretcher is the sole device who mimics the hand-grip that I know, maybe it could help in upward stretching - try reading something about in related threads.

Holding the head tightly with one hand and then using my other hand to pull/hold everything in place has worked well with me. But there definitey seems to be more leeway, stretchability going downwards rather than upwards, for me anyway

Another manual stretching guy here. I say this alot but it’s because it’s relavent I guess. When I first joined in the first month I did alot of reading from the big gainers and concluded that nothing could be done with devices that couldn’t be done with manual stretching. Infact it seems a higher percentage of the big gainers were manual guys. So using devices is more of a preference or convenience thing. It’s hard to conclude though because not everyone shares there gains in detail and does a progress report etc. I wasn’t lucky enough to see a topic like this to read as a newbie though, it would of saved alot of time. :D I think momento said manual exercises allows for greater control. As a noob his posts were a good inspiration.

gainerihope, for grip. I think it takes time to find the right one. As a noob I stayed away from the head, and after 1-2 months I had found a way to get a good grip near the head (or sometimes at the head) without decreasing sensativity or causing any harm. I don’t even know how to explain how to do it, it’s kind of complicated. The closer to the glans that you can grip, the better the stretch will be. The closer to the shaft, the more skin will be caught in the stretch and skin and slide back and forth. Just be cautious about the glans and be careful, if you want to try this it takes alot of experimentation. Better to be safe then sorry.
