The best workout for girth. It’s that simple. Also what are the best workouts for newbs? I’ve been jelqing for 3 months now and have already noticed huge results.(starting length 5.75 now 6.5) but when I started, I never measured girth. Now it is 5. So whats the best workout? I guess all ppl are different, so should I stick to what I’m doin? I will, but I need more girth workouts. Anybody?
